Dutch cheese processor cut farmgate milk price by 7.55 euro cents – from 1st February

This converts to a liquid standard litre price of 44.52ppl (47.47ppl if all bonuses are achieved) and based on a manufacturing standard litre 46.38ppl (Maximum 49.33ppl with all bonuses)
The commentary from DOC behind the cut is that a drop in demand from customers has necessitated sales of surplus product onto international commodity markets at lower prices..(Source DIN)
