GDT Auction hits its highest average since 2014

This weeks GDT Auction recorded its highest average price since 2014 at US $4287 tonne.
Compared to the result achieved only two weeks ago average prices jumped a further 1.9% and all products on offer recorded increases. The tonnage sold increased to 30,397 tonnes (29,915 tonnes 2 weeks ago)

Butter +3.5% to average US $5534 tonne
Cheddar +2.2% to average US $5162 tonne
WMP +1.9% to average US $3987 tonne
SMP +1.4% to average US $3676 tonne.
