2ppl milk price rise for liquid contracted suppliers to Yew Tree Dairies from 1st June

Last week Arlas 1.5ppl May 1st price increase was described as a “positive milk price bombshell” by www.milkprices.com
Well, a 2p rise from a middle ground liquid processor for June deliveries ranks extremely close to qualifying for a similar strapline when it takes their prices North of 29ppl.
This increase takes Yew Trees liquid standard litre price to a healthy 29.1ppl.
